Account Executive – Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally accounting software.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare data and schedules required for monthly and annual closing.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Prepare basic MIS and management reports as required.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel,.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be organized, accurate, and capable of meeting deadlines.
