Job Opening – Accountant (Long-Term Position)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant for a long-term position who can independently manage the company’s day-to-day accounts, payment follow-ups, expenses, purchases, and other financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily Sales, Purchase, and Expense entries
• Regular customer payment follow-up and outstanding management
• Track vendor and supplier payment due dates
• Verify purchase bills and company expenses
• Maintain Cash, Bank, and Petty Cash accounts
• Perform Bank Reconciliation
• Customer and Vendor Ledger Reconciliation
• Maintain records of Loans, EMI, Interest, and due dates
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and basic financial reports
• Maintain GST/TDS-related documents and records
• Maintain proper records of Bills, Invoices, Challans, and Purchase Orders
• Follow up regularly on pending payments
• Monitor cash flow and inform management about upcoming payments
• Keep control over unnecessary or excess expenses
• Maintain proper records of company loans and liabilities
• Track important accounting deadlines and pending work
• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding payments and account-related matters
• Work efficiently on Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software

Candidate Requirements:

• Good practical knowledge of Accounting
• Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Strong payment follow-up and outstanding management skills
• Good understanding of Expenses, Purchases, Loans, Receivables, and Payables
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle accounts independently
