Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Manage GST-related work, including data preparation, reconciliation, and coordination for GST returns.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and coordinate with suppliers for pending payments.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in all accounting transactions.
- Perform other accounts-related tasks assigned by management.
