Multi-Store Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate day-to-day general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for all cafe outlets.
POS & Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and digital/UPI sales from POS systems with bank deposits.
Inventory & Cost Control: Track raw material, packaging, and ingredient costs across locations to manage food-cost percentages and waste.
Payroll Processing: Compute monthly staff salaries, tips, and related payroll disbursements for outlet employees.
Tax & Statutory Compliance: Handle local tax filings, such as GST returns, TDS deductions, and vendor payments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts for management.
