Accountant

Maintain daily accounting records for all café outlets.

Record and verify daily sales, cash, card, UPI and online payment transactions.

Reconcile daily sales with POS reports, bank statements and payment gateways.

Monitor and record cash collections and petty cash expenses.

Prepare and process vendor invoices and payments.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Verify purchase invoices, goods received notes and supporting documents.

Coordinate with café managers regarding sales, expenses, shortages and discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of food, beverage, packaging and other operational expenses.

Conduct regular bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.

Track outstanding vendor payments and customer/receivable balances.

Assist with monthly closing and preparation of Profit & Loss statements and management reports.

Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants when required.

Monitor outlet-wise expenses and identify unusual variances or discrepancies.

Maintain fixed asset and inventory-related accounting records.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software.

Support management with financial information and ad-hoc reports.

Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
