• Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive
• Location: Vikhroli West (LBS Marg), Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Candidate Preference: Preferred Female candidate residing in or near Vikhroli West / Central line suburbs for an easy commute
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Weekly Off: Sunday

2. Roles & Responsibilities

• Billing & Documentation: Creating and processing export invoices, local tax invoices, Purchase Orders (POs), and cost estimates accurately.
• Vendor & Ledger Management: Maintaining and auditing daily expense ledgers, petty cash accounts, and systematically following up with vendors for invoices and payments.
• Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and filing financial documents, vouchers, tax bills, and compliance records systematically.
• Reconciliation: Performing periodic bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations for both customers and suppliers.
• Coordination: Coordinating with external auditors or CA teams for GST returns, TDS filings, and year-end audits as required.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, MS Excel (vlookup, sumif, basic formulas), and MS Word.
• Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, debit/credit entries, GST invoicing rules, and export documentation requirements.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi for vendor follow-ups and email correspondence.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numerical data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
