Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Invoice & Payment Processing: Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, process payments, and track vendor or client accounts.
  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily cash transactions, sales, and purchase ledgers into accounting software.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Compare company financial records with bank statements to fix discrepancies.
  • Payroll & Expenses: Assist with payroll data preparation and review employee expense claims.
  • Administrative Support: Manage petty cash, handle correspondence, file physical or digital documents, and chase overdue debt.
  • Compliance & Audits: Support tax filings (such as TDS or GST/statutory compliance) and help gather records for audits
