Ajanta Agarbatti Stores, a well-established retail store, is looking for an experienced Accountant Cum Back Office Executive to manage daily accounting, billing, GST-related work, stock records, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, bookkeeping, and customer/vendor coordination.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

📒 Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and accounting entries in Tally

🧾 Prepare bills, invoices, receipts, and follow up on customer payments

📊 Assist in GST data entry, reconciliation, and filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B

📦 Maintain stock records, purchase entries, and inventory documentation

🏦 Prepare bank deposit records and manage cash vouchers

🤝 Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, payments, and documentation

📞 Handle customer queries professionally and provide administrative support

📋 Maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth back-office operations

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (As per Skills & Experience)
