Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Chartered Accountancy Firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, GST compliance, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and assisting in various taxation and audit assignments for clients across diverse industries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain books of accounts .
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• GST Compliance. Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts.
• Assist in GST assessments, audits, notices, and departmental correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with GST provisions and timely filing requirements.
• Income Tax & TDSPreparation and filing of TDS returns.
• TDS computation, deduction, and reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
• Handle Form 26AS, AIS, and tax-related reconciliations.
• Audit & Compliance SupportAssist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and GST audits.
• Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients for collection of information and documentation.
• Assist seniors in compliance and advisory assignments.
• Client CoordinationCommunicate with clients regarding accounting and compliance requirements.
• Follow up for documents, records, and statutory information.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho Books, Busy, or QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
• Exposure to Accounting, GST, Income Tax, Audit, ROC Compliance, and Financial Advisory.
