Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and articulate Admission Counsellor to lead our student enrollment process end-to-end. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all new parent and student inquiries, understanding their learning needs, presenting our educational offerings, scheduling demo classes, following up, and closing admissions. You will also manage student records and enrollment pipelines via our internal ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Inquiry Management:

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming leads/inquiries (via phone, website, messaging, and walk-ins).

Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand the student’s specific academic goals and curriculum requirements.

Counseling & Program Briefing:

Brief parents and candidates in detail about our academic programs, teaching methodologies, and value proposition.

Address parent queries confidently, present suitable course options, and build strong rapport.

Demo Coordination & Conversions:

Schedule, coordinate, and ensure parent attendance for academic demo sessions or faculty interactions.

Conduct proactive post-demo follow-ups to answer remaining questions, overcome objections, and drive enrollment closures.

End-to-End ERP Management:

Log, track, and update all lead statuses, notes, and communication history accurately in the ERP/CRM system.

Manage student onboarding, enrollment documentation, fee tracking, and profile updates within the ERP system.

Pipeline Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain a healthy funnel of prospects and track conversion metrics against monthly/quarterly admission goals.

Generate daily and weekly reports on inquiry volume, demo schedules, follow-ups, and closure rates for internal review.
