Alternate Zonal Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute zone-level business plans for the CABR channel.

Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with corporate agencies and brokers.

Drive premium growth, new business acquisition, and partner productivity.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure regular partner engagement.

Support regional and field teams to maximize business opportunities from existing and new partners.

Monitor business performance, track targets, and review partner-wise productivity.

Identify growth opportunities in the zone and implement action plans to improve performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and partner governance standards.

Mentor and guide the team to improve execution, collaboration, and business results.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

7–12+ years of experience in life insurance, especially in CABR, corporate agency, broker, or alternate distribution channels.

Strong background in business development, partner management, and sales leadership.

Experience handling multi-location or zonal responsibilities is preferred.
