Arcade Associate

We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and responsible Operations

Associate to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the gaming zone. The role

will involve customer service, game assistance, safety, cleanliness, equipment

monitoring, and coordination with the operations team to ensure a safe and enjoyable

experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all

guests.

• Assist customers in understanding and playing arcade games and other games

available in the gaming zone.

• Explain game rules, features, pricing, offers, and other relevant information to

customers.

• Guide customers on the proper and safe use of gaming machines and

equipment.

• Address customer queries and provide timely assistance whenever required.

• Monitor the gaming area and ensure that all machines and equipment are

functioning properly.

• Report technical issues, machine breakdowns, damages, or safety concerns to

the concerned supervisor/manager.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the gaming zone.

• Ensure customer safety and follow all operational procedures and company

policies.

• Coordinate with team members and management to ensure smooth daily

operations.

• Handle customer concerns and complaints politely and escalate them when

necessary.

• Support promotional activities, events, birthday parties, and other customer

engagement activities.

• Assist in crowd management and maintain proper discipline within the gaming

area.

• Maintain professional grooming, uniform, and service standards.

• Perform any other operational duties assigned by the management.
