Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural and interior design development.
• Prepare concept drawings, detailed working drawings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with design intent and project requirements.
• Support project planning, coordination, and client presentations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction details and materials.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
