Job Description
An assistant restaurant manager supports daily operations, supervises front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and steps in for the general manager as needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures, manage reservations, coordinate floor service, and maintain smooth shift execution.
- Staff Management: Build weekly shift schedules, onboard and mentor new employees, lead pre-shift team meetings, and manage performance.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, handle special requests, and resolve customer complaints or feedback professionally.
