Position: Associate Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Associate Sales Manager – Bancassurance to drive Life Insurance business through the banking channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Life Insurance sales through the Bancassurance channel.
- Develop strong relationships with bank branch staff.
- Generate and convert leads through assigned bank branches.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with bank employees for business generation.
- Follow up with customers and ensure policy conversion.
- Maintain regular reporting and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of OA/Bancassurance experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Life Insurance experience.
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Bike is mandatory.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates should be willing to work in the assigned Mumbai location.
