Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and replenish cash in assigned ATMs as per daily schedule.
- Collect cash from the bank/vault and safely transport it to assigned ATM locations.
- Verify cash denominations and maintain accurate cash records.
- Perform cash reconciliation and report any shortage/excess immediately.
- Complete ATM loading, withdrawal, EOD and related entries using a mobile/Android device.
- Conduct basic first-level checks and report ATM technical issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain route sheets, cash balance reports and daily activity reports.
- Follow strict security, dual-custody, SOP and confidentiality procedures.
- Coordinate with cash-van staff, supervisors, bank officials and ATM service teams.
- Complete assigned ATM routes within the scheduled time.
