Job Description
- Handle paperwork, documentation, and administrative formalities.
- Assist with KYC verification and client account opening.
- Support daily back-office operations.
- Manage client records, data entry, and documentation.
- Call clients to schedule meetings with the team.
- Make reminder calls to clients for scheduled meetings, pending documents, and other follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients regarding account opening, KYC formalities, and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate client data and update records regularly.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth client servicing and daily operations.
