Job Description
CIBIL Email & Backend process
Openings in Tech Mahindra for Chandivali location- Looking for immediate joiners
Graduation is mandatory
Shift time
Male 8am to 11pm (Any 10 hrs)
Female 8am to 8pm (Any 10 hrs)
5 days working, 2 rotational week off
Job role :
Handle queries & complaints of customers over emails & backend related to cibil score & cibil reports
Enquiries /complaints /request from customers within timeline on emails
Qualification:
Graduation is mandatory
Salary:
2 year on paper experience- 25k in hand plus incentive upto 10k
