Job Description
Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the front-end sales team to gather requirements and provide administrative support.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and follow up for order confirmations.
• Track shipments and delivery timelines to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
• Manage inventory records and ensure product availability in coordination with the logistics team.
• Handle documentation related to sales transactions, returns, and service requests
•Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
