Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandling loan file processing and documentation
  • Coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and customers
  • Checking KYC and financial documents
  • Preparing login files and maintaining records
  • Following up for pending documents and disbursement status
  • Maintaining MIS and daily reporting
  • Coordination with sales team for smooth processing
  • Ensuring timely sanction and disbursement process
  • Managing customer queries and updates professionally
  • Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of loan processing and banking procedures
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good documentation and organizational skills
