Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandling loan file processing and documentation
- Coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and customers
- Checking KYC and financial documents
- Preparing login files and maintaining records
- Following up for pending documents and disbursement status
- Maintaining MIS and daily reporting
- Coordination with sales team for smooth processing
- Ensuring timely sanction and disbursement process
- Managing customer queries and updates professionally
- Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of loan processing and banking procedures
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good documentation and organizational skills
