Sattva Kitchens is a cloud kitchen looking for an experienced Baker specializing in English breads and bread-industry products. We are looking for a hands-on bakery professional with strong practical knowledge of bread production, dough preparation, proofing, baking, and maintaining consistent quality.

• Education: 10th or Below 10th

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🥖 Prepare a variety of English breads and bakery products as per company recipes and quality standards.

🍞 Handle the complete bread-making process, including mixing, kneading, fermentation, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking.

⚖️ Measure and manage ingredients accurately to maintain consistency in every batch.

🔥 Operate bakery ovens and monitor temperature and baking time for proper crust, texture, and colour.

🔍 Check bread quality, freshness, texture, appearance, and overall consistency.

🧼 Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout the production process.

📦 Store ingredients and bakery products properly and maintain freshness.

📊 Monitor raw-material usage, minimize wastage, and communicate stock requirements.

🥪 Coordinate with the cloud-kitchen team for timely preparation of breads required for daily orders.

⏱️ Manage production efficiently during peak order periods while maintaining product quality.

🛠️ Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of bakery equipment and workstations.

⭐ Ideal Candidate:

A hands-on bread specialist with solid experience in the English bread/bread manufacturing industry, who understands professional bakery production and can independently manage bread preparation from dough to finished product.

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, as per skill and experience
