Job Description

• Measure ingredients: Accurately weigh and measure flour, sugar, liquids, and spices according to standard recipes.

• Prepare dough and batters: Assist with mixing, kneading, shaping dough, and preparing baking pans or trays.

• Monitor baking: Watch oven temperatures and baking times under the direction of the head baker.

• Package products: Cool, slice, package, and label finished baked goods for sale or delivery.
