Job Description

*Description* – Committee & Management Support
*Key Responsibilities* :
- Coordinate and collect agenda items from Business Teams before meeting cut-off dates and conduct required process checks.
- Upload agenda-related documents on internal platforms for Committee members.
- Upload approved meeting minutes on the internal approval system for panel approval.
- Maintain records of agenda items, including approval/rejection status, in predefined formats.
- Prepare monthly summaries for higher-level committees and periodic internal/regulatory MIS reports.
- Manage the shared mailbox, including reviewing and responding to emails in coordination with relevant teams.
*Required Skills* :
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as the role involves communication with Senior and Top Management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and professional email drafting.
- Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
*Working Hours* :
- Monday–Thursday & Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- All Saturdays are working
*Location* - Goregaon
