Job Description

Drink Preparation: Make espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to exact recipes.

Customer Service: Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and handle payments via the POS system.

Station Maintenance: Clean espresso machines, wipe counters, wash mugs, and keep the front-of-house tidy.

Inventory Control: Restock milk, coffee beans, syrups, and paper goods throughout the shift.

Food Prep: Serve or assemble light snacks like pastries, cookies, and sandwiches.
