Key Responsibilities

Perform professional facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and basic skin treatments

Recommend treatments and home-care products based on client skin type and concerns

Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and workspace standards at all times

Deliver exceptional client consultation and customer service

Assist in maintaining client records and follow-up care

Upsell and cross-sell services confidently and ethically

Stay updated with new techniques, trends, and product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certified beautician with relevant training

Minimum 1–2 years of salon experience

Strong knowledge of skin types, especially mature and sensitive skin

Excellent communication and grooming standards

Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
