• *Core Responsibilities**Site Measurements & Verification:* Conduct detailed physical site measurements and prepare comprehensive measurement sheets against approved working drawings.
• *Client & Subcontractor Billing:* Prepare client bills and review/verify subcontractor bills for quantities, executed works, and contractual rates prior to certification.
• *RA Bill Certification:* Prepare, reconcile, and submit Running Account (RA) Bills to Clients, Architects, and PMCs for timely verification and approval.
• *Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation:* Assist in quantity take-offs, budgeting, cost estimation, and BOQ generation for ongoing and upcoming interior projects.
• *Tender Processing & Rate Analysis:* Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to prepare itemized rate analysis and competitive tender submissions.
• *Variations & Deviations Tracking:* Identify site variations, extra items, and non-BOQ works; compile supporting documentation for client approval.
• *Cross-Functional Coordination:* Collaborate closely with site execution teams, project managers, vendors, and consultants to gather accurate progress records.
• *Record Keeping & Documentation:* Maintain structured audit trails of site measurements, work orders, certified bills, variations, and approval letters.

*Technical & Trade Expertise*

Candidates are expected to hold strong practical estimation and execution knowledge in the following trades:

• *Carpentry & Joinery:* Custom woodwork, paneling, modular furniture, and fixtures.
• *Civil & Finishing:* Raw civil works, plastering, screeding, tiling, masonry, and stone works.
• *POP & False Ceilings:* Gypsum, POP moldings, grid ceilings, and drywall partitions.
• *Painting & Decorative Coatings:* Internal/external painting, texture work, and special polishes.
• *MEP Services:* Electrical layouts, DB installations, light fixtures, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• *HVAC Systems:* Ducting, diffusers, low-side and high-side HVAC works.
• *Flooring & Finishes:* Wooden flooring, vinyl, epoxy, carpet, and specialized stone cladding.

*Preferred Project Exposure*Experience in estimation and billing for one or more of the following project typologies:

• Residential Interiors
