Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Branch Banking Executive to join our team across various branches in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating credit card sales by engaging with customers visiting the branch and converting walk-in customers into prospective credit card customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and engage with walk-in customers at the assigned bank branch.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card products.
• Generate credit card leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, fees, and other relevant details to customers.
• Assist customers with the credit card application and documentation process.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into successful applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
• Ensure all sales activities are carried out in accordance with company and banking guidelines.
• Maintain a professional relationship with branch staff and customers.
• Candidate ProfileMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirements).
• Candidates with experience in banking, credit cards, insurance, loans, or other sales roles will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and confident in handling face-to-face interactions.
• Target-oriented with a strong willingness to achieve sales goals.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
• Work EnvironmentThe candidate will be stationed inside the assigned bank branch.
• The primary responsibility will be to approach and sell credit cards to walk-in customers.
• No field sales requirement; the role is primarily branch-based.
