Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – School Uniforms

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in school uniforms, garments, textiles, or institutional sales.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive who can generate new business, acquire school clients, and convert leads into confirmed orders for our school uniform business.

The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, experience in client acquisition, and the ability to independently close deals with schools and institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach schools, educational institutions, dealers, distributors, and other potential B2B customers.
2. Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, references, and direct meetings with school management.
3. Meet school principals, administrators, purchase managers, and decision-makers to promote our school uniform products.
4. Convert potential clients into confirmed sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Understand client requirements, explain product quality, fabric options, designs, pricing, and customization facilities.
6. Follow up with prospective clients, submit quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and institutional customers to generate repeat orders.
8. Maintain a database of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed orders.
9. Monitor competitors, identify new market opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales.
10. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in school uniforms, garments, textiles, or institutional sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Willingness to travel for school visits and client meetings.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Must have a proven sales track record.

Important: Candidates who have only telecalling or lead-generation experience without actual sales conversion are not preferred.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and sales performance.
