Job Description
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career pathways.
• Handle outbound sales calls, leads, and inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and virtual counseling sessions as needed.
• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
