Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive

with strong communication skills and proven experience in client handling, lead conversion, and

team management. passion for driving business growth through proactive engagement and

effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and lead a team of 5–6 telecallers, ensuring performance targets and goals are

achieved.

● Generate leads and follow up with potential clients for interior design or exhibition

projects.

● Develop effective calling scripts and ensure the team follows professional

communication standards.

● Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of team members to achieve monthly

targets.

● Maintain daily reports on calls, leads, and conversions, and present periodic updates to

management.

● Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to enhance

conversion ratios.

● Handle escalations and provide guidance to team members to ensure client satisfaction.

● Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate client databases (CRM).

Desired Candidate Profile:● Minimum experience in telecalling / inside sales / client coordination.

● Proven ability to manage a team of at least 5–6 members.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

● Goal-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and drive results.

● Proficient in MS Office
