Job Description
- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online platforms.
- Counsel students about available university programs, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
- Guide students throughout the entire admission process — from enquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of partnered university courses and admission policies.
- Coordinate with university partners to ensure smooth processing of student applications and documentation.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM or Excel trackers.
