Job Description

  • Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online platforms.
  • Counsel students about available university programs, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
  • Guide students throughout the entire admission process — from enquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of partnered university courses and admission policies.
  • Coordinate with university partners to ensure smooth processing of student applications and documentation.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM or Excel trackers.
