Job Description
Lead Management: Actively engage with company-provided leads and self-sourced prospects via cold calling, digital channels, and networking.
Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, present tailored real estate/mortgage solutions, and organize site visits.
Deal Closure: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and facilitate the end-to-end transaction from sourcing to deal closure.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property markets, trends, and competitor offerings.
Reporting: Track all sales activities, update client databases, and maintain accurate records on company CRM system.
