Caf Staff Executive:

The Brand: Oh Dough 

Established in 2016 at Oh Dough we specialize in Artisan Ice cream & Gelato & Freshly baked Cookies.

We have been Serving Quality Desserts and offering a joyful experience to our customers since inception & are looking for enthusiastic members to grow our oh dough family.

The Role

You bring a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Whether assisting guests, preparing the store, or helping with operational tasks, you are willing to learn and take ownership of your role. 

YOUR TEAM 

You will be part of the  Caf service Team and will be reporting directly to the  Cafe Managers. Your team will rely on you to maintain a welcoming environment for guests and ensure that all daily duties are completed efficiently. 

Your Responsibilities

• Guest Service:  Greeting the Guests & providing a great customer service experience which involves food and beverage service following the brand standard operations.
• Order Management:  Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system with billing operations.
• Store Operations:  Organize, restock, and maintain the cleanliness of store and service areas.
• Daily Duties:  Assist with packaging preparation, stock replenishment, and other tasks assigned by the Manager or Supervisor. 
• Dining Area Maintenance:  Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining space, including tables and chairs at all times.
• Transaction Handling:  Process cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with accuracy. 
• Adaptability:  Be flexible and work a varied schedule based on the requirement of the operations, scheduled by the management.
