Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and responsible Cafe Staff to support day-to-day operations at Zepto Cafe. The role involves food preparation, order handling, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and ensuring timely and accurate customer orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare food and beverages as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Receive, check, and process customer orders accurately.
• Ensure orders are prepared and packed within the required time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Check the quality, freshness, and quantity of ingredients.
• Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or wastage.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow Zepto Cafe's SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
• Support opening and closing activities of the cafe as required.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th/12th pass preferred.
• Freshers can apply; previous experience in a cafe, QSR, restaurant, or food-service environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
