About us

The ATF Square, short for All Time Favourites, is a vegetarian café built around comforting favourites, creative dishes and memorable dining experiences. We’re looking for attentive, welcoming Captains who can lead a service section and make every visit enjoyable.

Your role

·      Take ownership of an assigned section and ensure attentive, timely service.

·      Welcome guests, explain the menu and make relevant food and beverage recommendations.

·      Take accurate orders and record special requests clearly in the POS system.

·      Confirm Jain preferences, allergies and other dietary requirements, and communicate them accurately to the kitchen.

·      Coordinate with the kitchen and beverage teams to manage order timing and course sequence.

·      Guide stewards and service associates on table setup, service and clearing.

·      Check guest satisfaction and resolve routine concerns, escalating when required.

·      Recommend add-ons and pairings thoughtfully.

·      Ensure accurate billing and coordinate payments.

·      Maintain clean tables, service stations and well-stocked service supplies.

·      Support opening, closing and shift-handover procedures.

What we’re looking for

·      Preferably 2–4 years of restaurant or café service experience, including section-handling responsibilities.

·      Clear communication, good menu knowledge and a warm, professional manner.

·      Ability to guide junior staff and stay organised during busy service.

·      Familiarity with POS ordering and billing systems.

·      Understanding of vegetarian and Jain dining requirements is an advantage.

·      Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Compensation: Based on experience and service skills.
