Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems.
• Perform CCTV camera wiring, cabling, and power supply connections.
• Configure IP cameras, network settings, and remote viewing on mobile phones and computers.
• Troubleshoot camera, recording, connectivity, and video display issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections at customer sites.
• Install and configure PoE switches, routers, and related networking equipment.
• Ensure proper recording, playback, and backup functionality.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare service reports and update the status of completed work.
• Coordinate with the technical support team, vendors, and customers.
• Required Skills and QualificationsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DVR, NVR, IP cameras, analog cameras, and video surveillance systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing, LAN, and PoE switches.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues.
• Good communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or other CCTV brands.
• Knowledge of biometric attendance systems and access control systems is an advantage.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and service calls.
