Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and configure IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and related equipment.
- Perform camera alignment, focusing, cabling, termination, and troubleshooting.
- Configure IP addresses, networking, remote viewing, and mobile applications.
- Diagnose and resolve CCTV hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, and service requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and clients during installations.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Prepare basic installation/service reports and maintain site records.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at client sites.
- RequirementsITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and servicing.
- Good knowledge of IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, networking, LAN cabling, and PoE.
- Knowledge of brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell, etc. will be an advantage.
- Ability to use basic tools and testing equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project/client sites across Mumbai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
