Education: 10th Pass or Below

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹17,500 per month

(₹11,000 – ₹15,000 Fixed + ₹2,500 Incentives)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Retail Sales Executive to handle sales of men’s clothing products. The role involves assisting customers, managing store operations, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting clothing items (jeans, shirts, t-shirts, trousers, track pants, etc.)
• Promote products and drive in-store sales
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of merchandise
• Handle billing and basic store operations
• Manage stock and assist in inventory handling
• Build good relationships with walk-in customers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Required Skills

• Basic communication skills (local language preferred)
• Sales and customer handling ability
• Interest in retail and fashion products
• Ability to work in a store environment
• Basic understanding of clothing sizes and trends

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Male candidates only
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail sales preferred
• No English proficiency required
• Candidates must be located within 10 km of Govandi
