Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Collection Supervisor – Write-Off to manage collection and recovery activities for overdue and written-off accounts. The role will be responsible for team performance, recovery targets, field/tele-calling operations, settlement negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the collections team handling overdue and write-off accounts.
• Monitor daily collection performance and ensure achievement of recovery targets.
• Develop and implement strategies for maximizing recovery from written-off portfolios.
• Track team productivity, collection efficiency, PTPs, settlements, and recoveries.
• Review delinquent accounts and prioritize cases based on recovery potential.
• Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate settlements within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with field collection agencies, tele-calling teams, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection and recovery reports.
• Analyze MIS and portfolio data to identify gaps and improve recovery performance.
• Ensure proper documentation of settlements, payments, and account closures.
• Monitor adherence to collection processes, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
