Job Description
- Food Preparation: Assist in cooking, seasoning, and plating basic dishes, sauces, salads, and components.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Help accept deliveries, rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, store food properly, and monitor inventory levels. [
- Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict personal and kitchen cleanliness, adhere to HACCP and local food safety guidelines, log temperature checks, and handle cleaning or waste disposal.
- Support & Learning: Cover other stations during staff shortages, learn advanced culinary techniques on the job, and assist senior team members
