Job Description

  • Responsible for the production of items such for soups, starters, main courses and desserts as per the specified standards.
  • Responsible for monitoring the Staff meal & Corporate Office & RND Center meal
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the production area.
  • Responsible for storage of perishable and non-perishable items received.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the inventory of daily material received and provide information to Chef-de-Partie in requisition of raw materials.
  • Give the correct feedback on the production function to the Chef-de-Partie regularly.
