We are currently seeking, a dynamic and highly organized Construction & Interior Supervisor to join our team.

*Job Summary* 

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction & Interior Supervisor to oversee building extension, civil construction, interior work and routine maintenance activities at our existing Andheri East property (Ground + 8 Floors). The candidate will be responsible for supervising contractors, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely completion of projects.

*Key Responsibilities* 

1.   Supervise building extension, renovation, civil construction and interior execution work.

2.   Oversee masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, partitioning, false ceiling, carpentry, electrical and plumbing activities.

3.   Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and labour teams for smooth project execution.

4.   Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

5.   Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily work progress, manpower and material requirements.

6.   Handle routine building maintenance, repairs and tenant-related complaints, including civil, plumbing, electrical and leakage issues.

7.   Verify site measurements, material quality, contractor bills and vendor quotations.

8.   Monitor project expenses, control material wastage and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.

9.   Ensure timely completion of construction, interior and maintenance activities.

10. Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline, and submit regular progress reports to management.

11. Responsible for identifying site issues, initiating solutions, setting specifications and quality standards, obtaining and negotiating vendor quotations, supervising work execution, conducting final inspections, and coordinating vendor payments.
