📍 Location: Mumbai / Pan India Project Sites

💼 Experience: 2 Years

🎓 Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate – Civil / Interior / Furniture preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution and installation activities.
• Coordinate manpower, contractors and installation teams.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise installation of modular Door, furniture, Shutter, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, partitions and interior works.
• Coordinate material receipt, movement and availability at site.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity and site safety.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, vendors and client representatives.
• Identify and report site issues, shortages and execution delays.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and timely completion of assigned work.
• Assist in snagging, rectification and final handover.

🔹 Candidate Profile

✅ 2 years of relevant site supervision experience

✅ Experience in modular furniture / interior fit-out / construction preferred

✅ Good knowledge of site execution and installation

✅ Ability to read basic drawings and measurements

✅ Good manpower and contractor coordination skills

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Willingness to travel to project sites
