Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at site
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and material usage
- Ensure work quality and adherence to approved drawings/specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Maintain site progress reports and daily records
- Ensure safety practices and compliance at site
- Identify and resolve on-site execution issues
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or relevant experience
- Experience in civil construction/site supervision
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Good coordination and team management skills
- Willingness to travel/work at project locations
Experience: Atleast 1 year
Location: Mumbai
Salary: As per experience
