We're seeking a skilled Commi Chef to join our team! As a Commi Chef at THAT SUSHI PLACE, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi & other continental dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to our culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook sushi dishes according to recipes and quality standards

2. Prepare Mise en place and other accompaniments

3. Assist senior sushi chefs in food preparation and presentation

4. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen

5. Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve culinary excellence

Requirements

1. Experience in sushi preparation and cooking

2. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques

3. Strong attention to detail and quality control

4. Good communication and teamwork skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
