Job Description
- Prepare, cook and assemble sandwiches, burgers, bowls, sides and beverages as per SOP.
- Maintain mise-en-place for rush hours, including sauces, fillings, vegetables, proteins and packaging.
- Follow portion control, recipe cards and plating/packing standards for every order.
- Support online order flow for Swiggy/Zomato and ensure correct packing, labeling and handover.
- Carry out opening, closing and cleaning duties as per checklist.
- Assist with stock receiving, FIFO storage, labeling, dating and wastage control.
- Monitor food quality, temperature and freshness during service.
- Keep workstations, equipment, sinks and storage areas clean and organized.
- Report equipment issues, shortages, hazards or quality concerns to the Kitchen Lead.
- Follow personal hygiene standards including clean uniform, cap/hairnet, gloves where required and handwashing.
- Support other kitchen sections during rush, shortage or emergency.
- Attend training sessions and help improve kitchen speed, consistency and customer experience.
