Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a customer-oriented and target-driven Sales Executive to join our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery and fashion, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Showcase jewellery collections, including gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
• Explain product designs, quality, pricing, making charges, gemstones, and certifications, wherever applicable.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Maintain product displays, visual merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, billing coordination, and after-sales service.
• Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads through calls and messages.
• Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, offers, and competitor activities.
• Follow company policies and ensure accurate handling of jewellery inventory and transactions.
• 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
• Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS billing systems are an advantage.
