Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Generation & Market Expansion ● Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. ● Map and expand into new geographic territories, micro-markets, and untapped client segments. ● Onboard new B2B accounts, including independent jewellers, large multi-outlet retail chains, and franchise partners. 2. Client Relationship & Pipeline Management ● Manage key accounts by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. ● Upsell and cross-sell new collections, product categories (e.g., gold, diamond, gemstone, or digital gold products), and customized design services. ● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software, logging all interactions and forecasting upcoming orders accurately. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewellery types (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Gemstones) and a working knowledge of manufacturing or design processes. ● Network: An existing network of connections with retail jewellers, distributors, or corporate buyers is highly preferred. ● Soft Skills: Persuasive communication, sharp presentation abilities, and excellent negotiation tactics.
