We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-focused Counter Manager to join our team at Ovenfresh Bakery, Dadar West!
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily bakery counter operations.
- Lead and coordinate the counter team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
- Maintain the counter’s cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.
- Ensure all bakery products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Monitor product availability and keep the counter well-stocked.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure the counter and team are always presentable and well-organized.
- RequirementsStrong communication and team management skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive.
- Experience in retail, bakery, or counter management preferred.
Salary₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
