Job Title: Sales Associate/sales person
About DESSIQUE
DESSIQUE is a premium dessert shop based in Lokhandwala, Andheri West, Mumbai. We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Associate/sales person to join our team and be a part of our growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable desserts.
- Explain products, flavours, ingredients, and offers to customers.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter and display area.
- Assist with product packing and order handling.
- Manage customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the team with daily store operations.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable, confident, and friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Previous experience in a café, bakery, dessert shop, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
